National Family Caregivers Month - November 2005
National Family Caregivers Month is an annual national observance, created by Presidential proclamation in November 2000. This event recognizes the unselfish and loving devotion of caregivers who willingly give their time, energy, and support to help loved ones with disabilities or chronic illnesses live in their communities. This year’s theme, “Caring Every Day,” corresponds with a new initiative from the National Family Caregivers Association, called The Caring Every Day Campaign.

National Epilepsy Awareness Month - November 2005
National Epilepsy Month is an annual national observance to build public awareness about epilepsy. Everyone with epilepsy is encouraged to share his or her unique story with someone at school, in the workplace, or at a house of worship. The general public often overestimates the impact epilepsy has on lifestyle, and National Epilepsy Month was created to change that.
